Freyja is the senior legal counsel for ASM Global (European Region) based in their European corporate headquarters in Manchester. ASM Global is an international venue and event management company based in LA, which specialises in managing stadiums, convention centres, theatres and unique venues. Freyja joined ASM Global in 2015, having previously worked for eight years in private practice at a national law firm based in Manchester.
Freyja has been involved in the planning and delivery of numerous high profile events at ASM Global, and has a wealth of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating venue hire, artist, ticketing, sponsorship, security and stewarding, and other agreements required for the successful delivery of events. Freyja also provides strategic advice and support to the senior executive team in relation to new business, risk, and reputation management.
Freyja is passionate about folk music; she has been going to Cropredy festival for the past 33 years and enjoys going to gigs in and around Manchester.
