Katy Rose Bennett continues to craft her idiosyncratic, Americana-tinged folk with the release of her fifth album, 'The Meantime' - an intimate collection of songs on the themes of parenthood, separation and self-acceptance. The 9 songs were all written by Bennett when her life was in a state of flux and the title reflects the idea of that time between two points - the time between what was and what will be.

We are also delighted that Katy is a paritipant of the English Folk Expo Artist Mentoring Programme 2019/2020.

Katy has been doing some learning videos of songs for people in her choirs:

Plus we hope you will also enjoy this son, ‘Bluebird’ featuring Katy, Sam Frankie Fox of Kiriki club (http://kirikiclub.com/ ) and her brother Joe Bennett of Dreaming Spires/ Pete Gow and The Siren Strings.
